Despite visiting Dewey Beach during the “off-season” at the end of September, the warm weather and abundance of activities available provided for a very enjoyable experience.  The ocean water remained a very comfortable temperature throughout our stay.  The weather was sunny and perfect, and we were able to take full advantage of the beach atmosphere, as it was only a short walk from the condo. The beach area was exceptionally clean and very laid-back.  We also had a blast the private rooftop heated pool.  It was especially fun to be able to bring our own adult beverages into the pool to enjoy and cook lunch on the outdoor grills.  For  diner, all popular food destinations such as Woody’s, Two Seas, and Grotto’s were within walking distance.  There was no aggravation caused by circling the beach looking for a parking spot during peak beach hours.  We were able to just park our car and not move it for the entire week.  There are many activities offered nearby including jet skiing, go karts , and boat rides.  I’m excited to rent this luxury condo again in the future as the newly built boardwalk located at the rear of the complex will soon have many gourmet restaurants to offer!

My family stayed at this condo with 6 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the updated decor and open floor plan. The beds were comfortable and it was spotless. There was a heated pool that we could enjoy even in the end of September. We loved being so close to the bay and the ocean which were in walking distance. There also was a cute playground a few blocks over that we could walk to as well. There were plenty of restaurants and bars across the street and next door. I would recommend staying here and we plan to come back.
